Kingdom Citizens Empowerment Convention (KCEC) is the annual convention of Kingdom Life Chapel International Church (KLCI) where men and women nation wide, gathered to be empowered and to discover kingdom keys for the advancement of your life in the kingdom of God. KCEC is designed to srengthen, equip, enrich and empower kingdom citizens for kingdom expansion and positioning.

Rev. Joseph Osborn is the general overseer of Kingdom Life Chapel International (KLCI). He is an apostle with a dynamic preaching and teaching ministry, an anointed worshipper and prayer revivalist for his generation and an anointed man of God called to reach out to nations and individuals with the glorious gospel of the kingdom. God has commissioned him to take preaching, healing and deliverance (PHD Ministries) to the nations. Rev. Osborn is called with a passion to equip and develop individuals with kingdom principles that would challenge and enable them to pursue, achieve and fulfil their God-given destinies.

Kingdom Citizens Empowerment Convention (KCEC) was launched in 2006 and has since been held every year to empower Kingdom Citizens (the body of Christ) to maximise their potential by learning about and applying the Keys (principles) of the Kingdom of God.The aim has always been to equip Kingdom Citizens in developing their lives and fulfilling their divine destinies , whilst advancing the Kingdom of God and proclaiming the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ

WE BELIEVEThe BibleThe Holy Scriptures, both old and new testament, as the only infallible, authoritative and inspired word of God.
